CalCars Founder Felix Kramer and Technology Lead Ron Gremban are driving North. (Sorry that the quick trip means we can't stop in Oregon.)

Monday, Nov. 14, we'll be in Seattle (sponsors and details to come): 11:30 Arrive downtown 12:30 Press conference -- more information about participants will follow 2:00 South Seattle Community College public event with students followed by a smaller event with community and business leaders. FAVOR: In the land of Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, etc., we hope to show our car to entrepreneurs who may want to get involved, as well as philanthropists who might support CalCars' non-profit efforts. Monday night we head three hours East, across the Cascade Range, for The Advanced Vehicle Initiative, whose goal is to "establish the North Central Washington region as a center for research and design, production prototype testing, training, demonstrations, maintenance and manufacturing activities for advanced vehicles and fuels."
